When are they going to realise econsult is a pain, some people prefer face to face appointments and when people are given appointment times, they expect that appointment time not some time that day. Awful service. I don't like going to the doctors, but when I do, I feel like I've always had to fight to make my problems heard and that's when I finally get to see someone.

i live in weston super mare and it is convenient for me to attend st georges surgery. i had to visit Yatton as there was no appointments available in Weston, The receptionists were friendly, helpfull, and pleasant, also very professionable. I will be calling Yatton surgery in the future.

have been trying for over 2 weeks to get a sick note for long term problem. keep getting sent down blind alleys u turns and dead ends. then after 2 weeks of trying, get told the same as i was told 2 weeks b4 so am back to the start of the circle. this practice was so much better b4 it joined mendip vale now patients are just a hinderance to be put up with
