I registered with this practice shortly after moving to the village towards the end of January 2025. The registration process seemed to go very smoothly. Within a week or so I had a telephone appointment with a pharmacist to review all my medication needs. I have just had my first contact with my new GP. I’ve been very impressed with everyone I have dealt with so far at this practice.

Though I have been a patient of this surgery for 44+ years my recent experience was exceptionally good hence this review. It's always possible to get a reasonable appointment and everyone is approachable and caring. On Monday this week I requested an appointment to discuss a long standing problem which was minor but potentially dangerous to leave. I was given an appointment for Wednesday and doctor agreed to try and get an early appointment at the hospital. An hour or so later hospital allocated one for the following day! Treatment was given quickly and efficiently only slightly more than 24 hours after asking for help and only 3 days after phoning for an appointment! I could not ask for better treatment. They are always great but this was amazing

Very efficient & friendly. Doctor made me feel relaxed & gave great advice. No complaints just how it should be. Like going back in time.

We have only recently moved to Bacton. I telephoned this morning asking to see a Doctor. I was given an appointment for the same day only two hours later. The Doctor I saw was friendly, polite and took time to explian my condition and printed out an information sheet for me. I was also advised to follow certain proceedures to assist my recovery. A most pleasant experience and so much better that I had had at our previous location.
