    I was pleased to get through on the phone within half an hour and the lady I spoke to was very kind and informative. The doctor rang back within an hour and was considerate and clear. I was able to obtain medicines from my local chemist that day. Very pleased.

We are also pleased to read of your positive telephone experience as we have worked incredibly hard delivering a new telephone system, recruiting and training our staff, and introducing online access via Anima to support improved experiences for patients contacting us by telephone. We are all trying to support our patients as best we can every day and feedback like this is truly motivational and greatly appreciated.     Was feeling very unwell. Doctor gave me options to try taking stronger painkillers and what to do if they didn’t work. The amazing thing was she called me in the afternoon to see if they had worked - this restored my faith that they actually do care!

    I work in the armed forces and it is difficult to book and appointment at Jubilee through the normal channels. A lovely lady helped me to book an appointment for my son who has worsening ezczma over the phone and took time to help me in filling out forms and making sure I was looked after and my son was going to be looked after. On an extremely lt busy day she made me feel extremely appreciated and I can't thank her enough Later in the day, i was having further issues and her colleague, another lovely lady again took the time to resend and rebook me to be dealt with the next day. All the help I recieved was amazing and I wanted to say thank from my son and I.

  4. Review titled excellent care when needed

    My daughter was seen face to face by three GPs in the space of a week and whilst treatment was given to try and avoid a hospital visit she unfortunately became quite poorly and had to have an operation. We were sent direct to the correct department at hospital with a letter from the gp and she was operated on the next day. We had a little hiccup with the gp surgery trying to arrange follow up care but it was quickly rectified and arranged.

    This morning I went to Jubilee Surgery in Titchfield, for my vaccinations. I was very apprehensive and a little scared to be honest. However, the kind and friendly lady who checked me in not only reassurred me but she really made me laugh, which relaxed me and took my mind off what was to come. The system was great and the vaccinations were both painless and administered with compassion and big smiles. Thank you to all involved, you are all amazing.

    I visited the surgery for my 3 yearly smear. On arrival I also took my blood pressure which was very high. Although my appointment was for a smear the nurse advised me with great kindness as to what to do and what the resolution options were. Then my smear was completed in the most respectful way, professional and painless. A wonderful nurse who made both situations far less stressful. I hope she knows how much of a difference she makes to us patients. Thank you

    I am overall still struggling with appointments and the new Online app does not let you know when you actually do get an appointment either ! ... But on a positive note thanks to the lovely receptionists I have had help from over the last few months they keep the wheels turning for the surgery for sure..... in particular the last few weeks from Christine who genuinely cares for patients and goes above and beyond to help with all of these issues. She is credit to your company for sure and has calmed me down with a few frustrating situations that I have had ... Thanks again Christine.

    I was concerned about my wife who has mixed dementia. I phoned in the morning, she was tested for an infection the same morning and the gp phoned in the afternoon. Further test is in hand and depending on the results, additional care may be given. Thank you for your speed of response, empathy from reception staff and care and compassion shown by gp.

    After a call from the surgery I was able to see the nurse at 515pm the same day for my ear infection. The nurse wasn't that helpful or really listened to what I said as she seemed busy and not well prepared. I told her I bought medication from pharmacy to treat it but not effective. Her response was she can't prescribe medication to me unless she knows what I have, I emphased it was from pharmacy. She then agreed will prescribe me a spray with antibiotics as ear infection is very common. She said she will send it over to the pharmacy near me ready to be collected within 30mins. I went to collect the medication the next day, after a thorough check by two stuff, they were not able to find my record. I had to call my surgery and explain it and they apologise and got the doctor to prescribe it immediately. The issue is the nurse in highland road, i saw her less than 5 mins but felt that she was not helpful, no compassion and unprofessional.
