    My daughter has had earache for 4 days and filled in a triage form this morning. She received a call with an appointment for 1315 today at Highlands, with l**zie. l**zie was extremely helpful and caring with my daughter, who has PTSD/anxiety and struggles with strange situations. Everything was clearly and carefully explained, and l**zie was, simply, super: a real asset to the practice. I have had to anonymize the name in order to submit this, which is a shame as I wanted her to receive the commendation! Very many thanks. Pieter

    When finally getting through I was asked to send my readings and the link was wrong - twice. The system to get appointments is no good for people who work full time. Online bookings should available. Dr was lovely.

    Annual diabetic review arranged by nurse at the surgery. Very short wait before being seen by male nurse who was helpful and professional, explaining what he would do. Hardly felt anything when taking blood for the test.

    Sadly we missed our appointment today as the text message sent to us did not have the correct information on it. When I queried this via email; I was then emailed to say a different location entirely. Therefore missing my appointment. This is the second time this has happened- which is why I queried it to be sure when the text says ‘other’ for location. It meant my baby didn’t see the team he should have and we are now delayed for another week. If the texts could reflect where we should be going that would be a huge help rather than ‘other’
