    After reading the negative reviews I was a bit concerned about joining this practice after moving to the area! However called mon appointment Tues hospital referral and appointment all received within 3 hours of visit! Dont really think you could ask for a better service

    I cannot praise Jubilee Surgery highly enough for their efficiency today. I popped in this morning with an issue, e-consult lite completed. Call just 4 hours later, prescription and instructions issued. Reception staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Thank you Jubilee.

    I was so pleased to experience a huge improvement in my recent communications with Highlands Practice. Waiting time on the phone was minimal …spoke with a very kind and considerate ‘receptionist’ - couldn’t have been more helpful. She listened to me about my health issue and pain - and that I felt I needed to speak to a doctor or another health professional soonest. She put my name on the GP triage list - and I fully expected to wait till later in the day to hear from somebody. Within an hour I had a call from a GP! Fantastic and reassuring that there have been such huge improvements at our Practice. Thank you .
