Well this doctors is a waste of your time to be honest cause you go in they refuse to give you an appointment every time you ring up for an appointment they say there's none left so your wasting credit if I could change I would avoid at all costs there's no support or well manner staff there not bothered about patients at all

25 minutes late for a 2 minute appointment not ideal when I need to get back to work. I was told last week I had an ear infection and red ear canal but my ear was clean, this week I was told my ear was blocked with wax. £15.50 later I am now going for ear irrigation. A very expensive GP visit with contradicting information. Shame I don't feel more valued as a long term patient.

Sister just diagnosed with high blood pressure I checked my own at home & it was very high. Popped into the doctor's to get an appointment with the nurse to have it checked Asked at the desk, said it was to get my blood pressure checked as it test high ar home Was sent to a machine at vack of surgery BP came out 177/96 Went back to desk with printout in my hand - asked again for a nurses appointment Was told I'd have to go to the pharmacist, get them to take my blood pressure & they'd refer me Got to pharmacists, but because it was 15 minutes before closing, they wouldn't do the test - come back tomorrow That blood pressure reading was dangerously high, but apparently it's OK for me to die of a massive stroke jumping through red tape, rather than just give me a sodding appointment & get me on meds asap

Chasing up a prescription which has not gone to pharmacy from day before…on phone on hold nearly 2 hours decided to go down instead kept waiting another 30 mins only to be told Doctor off today and she might sign it off by Thursday. One receptionist manning phone and only one couple waiting in waiting room absolutely disgusted. Seriously need to get more staff and better doctors not just part time ones. This practice is continually getting worse.
