I have been with the practice for a number of years and was seen with my daughter by one of the female Doctors. She was professional and truly cared for her, what a fantastic service we were given. Everything was explained and a plan was made regarding her care. In a time when most only give negative feedback, I wanted to highlight the fact we had a positive experience and the care from not only the people answering the phones(and yes it takes some time to get through but everywhere is the same) to the Doctors. Well done!!!

Rang up at 12 noon, by 1.40 a doctor had rang me back. Problem sorted within an hour. Excellent service from receptionist to doctor

The service and support I received from the start to when the GP called was excellent. I felt I mattered. The Doctor was really good, listened to me and provided me with care which avoided a Hospital trip. The Receptionist was empathetic and as I couldn’t use online appointment system I called the Surgery and was talked through this and was also sent a link for next time The GP called me, was very attentive and gave me peace of mind with advice. Even under the pressures NHS are under this Surgery are there to help and keep you safe at home.

Filled in form on 30/5 I was offered appointment on 4/6 with ANP at 10am I said I was working until 1400 said ANP finishes at 2 said I wanted to see gp as Times for Anp were unsuitable due to work patterns was told they would pass it back to doctor and I would be contacted .I phoned back Friday and was told they couldn't give me appointment because clinics hadn't get been released by a rude receptionist who said she wasn't physcic and that someone would call me it's now 2107 on Tuesday evening and not been contacted this is getting beyond a joke and it needs sorting out

Filled out form on 16/05/2024 waited till 21/05/2024 eventually phoned surgery to be told someone had tried to phone me which is untrue as no missed calls was told would be passed on to gp who would call me back it is now 23/05/2024 and still no call a week after filling in original form

I had the best experience today from my wonderful doctor at mgs surgery. She was knowledgeable, extremely kind and understanding and absolutely thorough. I felt absolutely looked after and in the best possible hands. they have sweet receptionists. Incredibly grateful. Thank you!

We have had appointments at Bradley and First Avenue with both of the advanced nurses. They are kind and thoughtful and give 100% at every appointment. They are very knowledgeable and I would not hesitate to see either of them again. My mom is also very grateful for the attention she has received over the last few months.

I rang up the surgery to check if I needed to talk to anyone about needing a repeat blood test. I had already booked a telephone appointment for this purpose two weeks ahead just in case I was required to talk to a GP prior to having repeat tests. The very helpful and attentive receptionist checked with someone and immediately arranged a telephone consult for that very afternoon. The GP listened well and arranged for me to have the tests the next day. The Blood testing centre staff were excellent. The GP texted me with reassurance about my blood test results on the same afternoon as I had had the test. I was very impressed with this. I had the same sort of positive experience with the receptionists and the GP about five months ago. Well done and thank you to everyone at the surgery

I sent form asking to see gp was told appointment was was going to be with nurse paracticioner i told them i wanted to see doctor was told no and cant go above doctor last time i saw anp i was then told i had to see doctor anyway i told them not to bother making appointment as it was a waste of my time for the second time running

I went to surgery for blood test results and doctor didnt know what to do said was going to have to speak to another doctor and the let me know waste of my time and a wasted appointment
