Had a very reassuring and informative visit to the practice nurse, from first telephone call in the morning to the actual appointment (same day), professional and friendly. Thank You

am tuesday 25th april 2023. the receptionists are often criticised but my experience this was excellent the reception a. dealt with an "on line" problem efficiently and pleasantly. b.then texted me to tell me that I had left my passport at the desk. c. then resolved another "on line" problem, this could have caused some frustration as I am not quite it illiterate but it didn't she remained cool calm and pleasant. 5 stars.
