    I phoned @ 8.30 on the button. I have Covid so has my husband. I got up to hi at 7.25 this morning as he was worse with his chest! I phoned on at 8.40 precisely and was told your so busy phone back later. Do I had to phone 111. This surgery is not fit for purpose!

    Dear Patient I am sorry for this experience, as you have posted anonymously I am unable to call you, but would welcome a call from you on my direct dial 01273 837980, I can then check with you if you have spoken with one of our GPs yet and take your telephone details. Our new phone system allows me to listen back to telephone conversations and use them for learning within the practice. I do hope that you feel you can call me.     I recently had a ‘private’ health screening in which a small problem was detected. The results were sent to my GP but it was made clear it was my responsibility to follow up. However, my GP phoned me within a few days, arranged a scan and blood test and within a week my results ( thankfully negative) were sent back to me. The communication and service I received was excellent and I am very grateful for the care and attention I was given.

    ordering perscriptions is a nightmare for me the system has changed my computer is old and the signal is very poor I have tried to log in on new system by the time the code came through it had run out of time I am running out of tablets for my husband who has alzheimers and I have not been well myself to get logged in need to give proof by photograph and I havent a clue how to do it so have given up

    Today I attended an appointment with a nurse for a routine injection. Being a non binary patient, interactions with some people can be awkward. I have always been made to feel so welcomed and comfortable across all the sites within Mid Sussex healthcare and today was no different. I just wanted to express my gratitude to all the staff and to say what a wonderful job they all do. I am so happy to have found a surgery where I've constantly been satisfied and have always left feeling really positive.

    The GP I saw took careful readings of my pulse etc..read my description of the history of my condition as it had got worse. She acted with speed and efficiency: rang RSCH and I was advised to present at A& E. Referral to ENT. Her diagnosis was spot on, it's relatively uncommon, but if left could have become very nasty. She's asked me to update her on how I'm doing. I'm so grateful. And prior to this, I'd had considerate and caring help from another GP, again my decision to get in touch had been correct. I'm reassured that I'll be treated with respect here. So often you worry that a chest infection or sore throat is minor: but the advice on NHS proved useful..once these common illnesses appear to be shifting..get in touch with GP.

    I feel very lucky to be in Hurst and registered with this practice. Although I could not get through at 8.30, I had no problems when I tried again at 10.30. After explaining my problem I requested a same day face to face appointment and was given one an hour later. Working in other area I know how fortunate I am.
