   I had an appointment yesterday. That was 20 minutes late going in. Not a problem. I mentioned my issue and went on to say I also had... the Doctor bluntly said to me only one thing need to make another appointment! I was in there no longer then 4 minutes and I found this Doctor to be extremely very rude. Reception Staff and Nursing Staff amazing. This covering Doctor was very un polite and needs to learn some manners.

   I'm sorry to hear of your experience during your appointment. This has been discussed with the doctor concerned and I can but apologies. If you would like to discuss this further, please contact the surgery and ask to speak to the Manager. I will also pass on your positive comments to the reception and nursing team
