    Although l have only been registered with this practice a relatively short period, l have been very impressed with the primary health care l have received to date. An example of this took place this month when l presented with a medical issue. The proactive, helpful and polite reception staff quickly took my details and passed them through to the GP for advice. This resulted in an emergency GP appointment the following morning. The GP was extremely thorough and fully explained his actions during the consultation. The GP appointment was followed by an equally efficient appointment to have bloods taken. I am grateful for the exemplary primary health care l received.

    I have been under Peterloo surgery since I was in my mum's Tummy, I'm 55 years old now. I very rarely have to use the surgery but when I do I find, I get treated quickly and with the correct response for example when I had fainting episodes the doctor had arranged the hospital appointment within days. This week when I rang the surgery I found the receptionist caring, knowledgeable and listened, arranged an appointment for later that day, the doctor again cared, listened to what I had to say with attempting to rush me and gave his advice clearly explaining everything, my prescription was ready at the local chemist within mins. I always feel like I get great service from Peterloo and trust the doctors

    Great service received ,friendly staff really made me feel listened too. Reception staff super friendly and helpful . Dr's I have seen were very good no issues at all really pleased. and would definitely recommend

    I attended several sessions of both Low Carb groups organised at the surgery. The format was primarily informational with plenty of opportunities for participation by attendees. Each group met at least 6 times, each session having a particular focus which were well sequenced. That is, we first learned about the metabolic system and how various organs and hormones affect weight, moods and our health issues. These sessions were then followed up with very practical concerns of types of food, preparation including recipes, and suggestions when eating out at restaurants or at friends' homes. We even were treated with low carb food brought to the sessions by the session leader or others. I found these sessions to be very helpful in educating me, including handouts and recommended websites, and a display of quite a few relevant books that we could borrow to read at home. I also enjoyed very much meeting people who, like me wanted to lose weight, improve nutrition, retrain eating habits and thereby become healthier. I have achieved a considerable weight loss, primarily from the encouraging care of my GP, but also from the ongoing support of other members who attended the Low Carb groups. Several members continue to meet regularly and share ideas, recipes, as well as problems and achievements. We also have an online group for interested members. This would have been very difficult without the initiative and support of both clinical and admin staff at the GP surgery. I found everyone to be extremely helpful. Lastly and very importantly the groups found the visiting speakers to be a valuable and inspiring addition to the programme. They spoke of personal experience, shared their plans and discoveries, and served as models of determination and success! I truly hope this programme can continue to help people who want to change their lives, to live more healthily and happily. The Middleton Health Centre can be proud of this achievement in support of their patients.

    Honestly I don't know why I am paying taxes, I spent 1 hour from 8 am in the morning trying to get through while being cut off by the answer machine, only to be told they don't have any appointments left. The staff member on the call was not particularly polite or sympathetic. This government has managed to run the NHS into the ground, the incompetence is staggering, they are actually putting people's health at risk, just so they can sell it off.

    Since Monday the 9/1/2023 and Wensday 11/1/2023 and 12/1/2023 been trying to get apoitment those two day totally unsuccessful today the 12/1/2023 meant to have a apoitment but recieved muss call and I rang back to them took them to answer until 43 minutes and 4 seconds till they answered the pfone so my apoitment been moved from 10:35 to 11:40 but the ladie said my apoitment almost been cancelled had a luck to save it My other two apoitments the first ones has been cancelled.

    Changed to this practice notifying them of severe crisis/mental health issues. Saw a nurse for blood test, & said she would contact mental health team due to state I was in. Saw a locum for emergency repeat prescription, who also said emergency mental heath appt needed (nothing done) Results of blood test say must have appt, go in book telephone appt,1st available 2 months later. Wait in all morning - no call. Call in, get told no appt booked, but I had written appt slip as proof. No apology, said I would have to book another appt and wait. Love their non-apologetic attitude for substandard service and care for those with mental heath issues.

    I have to say over the past year or so this doctor's surgery is absolutely shocking can never get through on the phone, impossible to book appointments trying to book in my daughters' injections I asked what is the earliest was told 9.50am then asked what is the latest was told 10.10am I asked for late afternoon told no clinic is on (then told i could go to another surgery which i find in itself is disgusting) making it impossible for working parents to work around, then being put on hold because they all need to ask each other questions, the reception staff come across like they don't know what they are doing fumbling their words, constantly being put on hold. but when you are physically sat in the doctor's surgery not a soul in sight and the phone ringing out

    It is very long to make an appointment with this GP . My appointments keep being cancelled and I worry if something is wrong I hope I get an appointment very soon
