Every interaction with the surgery is a positive caring experience with right diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to the whole team. I attended with a niggly foot issue and it was diagnosed and treatment advice given which quickly resolved the issue.

I am not familiar in using GPs practices, because so far I have been lucky enough to not need to, but I cannot fault my local GP practice...each time I needed an appointment I managed to get one quickly, the receptionists are always nice and the queue to speak to them it's always reasonable...They actually very patient and professional considering they have to deal with patients like me with a very dodgy phone line which might feel like are shouting at them and it might be distressing (btw I got a landline so things should be more normal from now on...once again I am sorry for being a pain)...I have dealt with nurses, health practitioners and doctor at the surgery as a patient, and again I cannot fault any of them...They are all been outstanding professionals and very hands-on.

Whenever I go to the practice the reception team are very pleasant and helpful. In particular on 20 August 2024 the receptionist was very patient and pleasant whilst helping me to find a suitable appointment

The practice offered me shingles injections. I had the second one yesterday which was administered efficiently. I have had aches last night and today.

Everytime I visit the GP practice the receptionists are very friendly, helpful and go above and beyond to help. Dr fes is my family GP and she is an absolute super star, nothing is ever too much and she takes her time to explain everything thoroughly to you and never rushes you! I've had a recent experience with Dr b and Nurse ld, who both were brilliant too. Thanks to all the staff for all that you do at Priorslegh medical centre, you are all fantastic! X

Been at schoolhouse Surgery for most of my life, always quality care, great building and staff. I had seen a new GP last week and could immediately tell that the quality of GP was incredibly high.

Prior to the pandemic we were glad we had the use of this practice. The situation now however is the classic sit com ‘computer says no’. It is impossible to contact the practice and extremely difficult to see a doctor in good time. No phone answering, asked to use Ask My GP, then Patches (which unbelievably they only look at for an hour each morning), told results are on NHS app (they’re not). Somehow this practice has gone from very good to the most frustratingly bureaucratic nightmare. The admin needs complete rethinking.

There is never a doctor available.Simple telephone call surgery is three weeks long.There solution to lack of service if to attend A&E Appalling surgery
