    Superb professional warm friendly and knowledgeable training Lovely balance between tech and common sense pitched at just right level Think help greatly having background outside in another industry as can look through outsiders eye at problem At time of tight finances appreciate investment of time in us well worth it Well done mcilvide again

    I had experienced not receiving SMS messages from the surgery. After a fair amount of difficult investigation the problem was solved and all seems well. A job well done.

    I went to the GP to get help accessing my NHS app and set up Patches on there and they were great, really clear explanation and went through the whole process with me so I knew how to use it in future.

    Every interaction with the surgery is a positive caring experience with right diagnosis and treatment. Thanks to the whole team. I attended with a niggly foot issue and it was diagnosed and treatment advice given which quickly resolved the issue.

    I am not familiar in using GPs practices, because so far I have been lucky enough to not need to, but I cannot fault my local GP practice...each time I needed an appointment I managed to get one quickly, the receptionists are always nice and the queue to speak to them it's always reasonable...They actually very patient and professional considering they have to deal with patients like me with a very dodgy phone line which might feel like are shouting at them and it might be distressing (btw I got a landline so things should be more normal from now on...once again I am sorry for being a pain)...I have dealt with nurses, health practitioners and doctor at the surgery as a patient, and again I cannot fault any of them...They are all been outstanding professionals and very hands-on.

    Whenever I go to the practice the reception team are very pleasant and helpful. In particular on 20 August 2024 the receptionist was very patient and pleasant whilst helping me to find a suitable appointment
