I contacted this surgery a couple of week ago via phone. I was first told they can not accept me. As i live over a mile and half away. However i could e mail manager. I was to unwell to even write down any e mail. She said sorry. I replied. But your not sorry are you? The next day i felt more able to write/ send an e mail. I telephoned. Stating i called other day. Was told you can not register me. Im out of attachment area. No mention of the e mail manager option. I mentioned the option given days prior. Eventually she gave me the e mail. I found This receptionist rude. I am actually quite unwell. So i decided to not bother. Pleading with a surgery with admin staff who play ' gate keepers' Id rather have ' no gp' than be treated confused this way Ive now registered with the closest. But not the best So i just looked at other gps. And It states you take out of attachment patients? Wow. Even though i need a good gp based on the reviewed fab feed back i first saw here. My experience was anything but...im sorry but very disappointing

I met with the Advanced Nurse Practitioner today as I was concerned by ongoing ear pain. She was very friendly and put my mind at ease quickly with her first-class, professional and caring approach. Thank you so much.

Had a very helpful, reassuring consultation with a lovely ANP today. Thorough examination and referrals for further investigation made and put my mind at ease. Not rushed in the slightest and everything explained well with the chance to ask questions. Went away feeling satisfied and reassured. Thank you

The advanced nurse practitioner that my daughter saw today, and who dealt with me through multiple illnesses prior to Christmas, was so friendly, supportive, knowledgeable, and clear in her explanations of the symptoms experienced. She was so engaging with my 7 year old, who previously, had been anxious about going to the doctors. I thoroughly appreciated the personable way in which both me and my daughter were dealt with. Thank you.

Just been for routine blood test. Mentioned my lingering cough to the nurse who arranged for me to see the advanced nurse practitioner there and then. I left with a prescription and advice on next steps if no improvement. So joined up and impressive. Thank you and thanks also to reception staff for their efficiency.

I had an appointment with the ANP this week. She was very friendly and thorough. I didn't feel rushed and I felt my concerns were listened to. Thank you.

I visited an Emergency appointment today with a Senior Nurse Practioner and she was fantastic. Talked me through everything, put my mind at ease and diagnosed the problem straight away. What I also found lovely is that we had a 'chat'. No rushing, nothing just a lovely GP experience. It's nice to be nice - thank you.

Able to figure out a problem I’ve had for weeks in mere minutes. It’s such a relief. The new nurse practitioner is lovely and calming and does her so job well. I’m very appreciative.
