I called at 8am and by 9:30am I had been seen, diagnosed, prescribed and started my treatment within 2 hrs of my phone call. I always have an excellent experience with this surgery and can never find a fault.

I called the surgery just after lunch as my husband was extremely unwell and requested a call from the duty doctor. The receptionist and doctor were tremendous and dealt with my request with speed, efficiency and compassion for which we were extremely grateful. Despite the ambulance service being on strike an ambulance arrived and my husband was taken to hospital by 4.30pm. In these troubled times we should all be grateful and count ourselves lucky that the system does work at Mill Road Surgery. Thank you each and everyone of you.

This morning I attended the surgery for an intimate procedure. I suffer with dreadful anxiety and was very nervous. The Dr and Nurse were incredible. Quick to understand my anxiety and to reassure me, and the Dr, doubly quick in undertaking the procedure. Thank you so much.

I felt unwell after a blood test and the nursing staff were very helpful and sympathetic which helped me to feel better quickly.

Thanks to the quick diagnosis and actions of my doctor, I was treated and recovered from Opthalmic Shingles very quickly with no lasting damage.
