Review titled Good serving
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Yesterday I registered with Patch. I completed a consultation about 12noon, received a phone call about 3:45 and was given a face to face consultation for 4:30. This was excellent service and I feel you hear so much negativity about appointment systems that such an efficient service needs to be acknowledged.

Review titled Bring my locum doctor back!
Rated 3 stars out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 07 March 2023
I very rearly if ever went to the doctor, I waited two months and decided I couldn't bare what was happening to me any more, booked an appointed and had a locum doctor, who was one of the most helpful GPs Ive had. They couldn't do enough for me. my journey from then on turned into a more issues. They helped me so much for three months and then unfortunately moved to a permanent practice. The last two visits my GP didn't seem interested or helpful, and told me we can't help you and stick to your specialist - I thought I was doing the NHS a favour not putting the three separate issues on them, and have paid for issues I didn't need to. This person has left me sad. GPS I understand have long days, but I do too, and for 10 clients I see in a day, I can't afford to be rude to one of them, or knock them when they are down. I will make sure I see someone else.

Hi I am sorry for your recent experience at the practice. As your review is anonymous I am unable to investigate which GP/GPs you are referring to and this not the service we would normally provide. If you would like to contact the practice and ask for Michelle Dutton, we will endeavour to feedback your comments to the GP concerned.

Review titled Great Service
Rated 5 stars out of 5

I have to comment on my recent dealings with the surgery. I was sent for a blood test and following results I was contacted immediately and gad a face to face review with the doctor the same day. I received a referral to hospital the following day and I am receiving treatment. I gave foun reception staff to be polite and accomodating and all staff to be proffesional and polite. Great doctors surgery.

Review titled Inept at providing repeat prescriptions
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Emma Ashley - Posted on 17 November 2022
I had to have a full hysterectomy due to cancer last year at 37 so need HRT patches as a result to deal with the symptoms caused by that. For some reason, this practice hates prescribing me my HRT patches! Every time I try to reorder, there is some kind of issue yet they never tell me there's an issue until I need to collect the prescription and it's not there. I also asked to register for online access months ago and still waiting. It shouldn't be this hard! It shouldn't feel like a battle every time you require repeat medication! There's enough to deal with without the added stress of inept GPs/staff. I'm leaving and registering with a new practice as I just cannot take it any longer!

Thank you for your feedback - we will review our systems and try to find out what the issues were which caused your delays in gaining medication.

Review titled Appalling surgery
Rated 1 star out of 5

Impossible to see a doctor ( I've been registered for 2 years and never seen my doctor!) My annual reviews constantly get cancelled due to staff sickness , fobbed off with tablets and left to get on with it.... disgraceful.
