This is not the first time to have my repeat prescription rejected for no good reason I requested a repeat prescription 3 days ago to find it rejected today despite the fact that I had run out of the 4 week supply I had before When I checked with reception staff this morning I was told ( May be because your requested the prescription earlier than my due date which is completely wrong). What annoyed me is the behavior of the reception staff who was denying the fact that it was rejected . I don’t know why she was denying it despite having it clearly shown on the app and I am sure it was shown on her screen I had my repeat prescription rejected before for unknown reasons which is very annoying I thin the practice needs to address this issue and makes sure it does not happen again. I went to the GP Surgery yesterday as I had an appointment with the lovely lady nurse L she was outstanding she made me feel at ease and spoke to me what she was doing next.. Lovely lady.. Thank you L

I recently had an appointment on Wednesday, 6th of March, 2024, at 9:30 am with a lady doctor at the surgery, and, unfortunately, my experience was less than satisfactory. From the moment the consultation began, I felt rushed, with a clear indication that there was limited time due to a busy schedule. The interaction lasted less than five minutes, during which some creams were recommended for my condition. However, when I sought further clarification on how to use them, I was promised a follow-up text with instructions that never arrived. This was a stark contrast to the care and attention I've received from other doctors at the same surgery, which has always been very helpful and supportive. While I understand the pressures that healthcare professionals face, the lack of communication and the hurried nature of the consultation left me feeling disappointed. Therefore, based on this specific experience, I find it difficult to recommend this particular service.

The triage service team are amazing and rapidly referred my issue to a GP who phoned me within 3 hours and booked me an appointment for the next morning - so impressive.

Have been trying for over a month to try and get in contact with any member of staff, I’ve spent full days of my life repeatedly ringing but not able to get through. Would not recommend.

Difficult to contact, have to phone or start econsult within a couple minutes of it opening or it'll say they’ve run out of appointments for the day/have closed econsult and that you need to try again the next day. If you do manage to get through, they then phone you at some point in the following days, during the work day without prior notice. Difficult to get referrals actually sent and test results back, need a lot of follow up from the patient even if the clinician agrees with your request when you first make it. During a rare in-person appointment, the clinician took a phone call on their personal phone during my appointment, and was discussing some building work. Some clinicians are helpful and seem like they're trying their best but stretched thin, but others are rude and condescending from the off.

I came to see one of the many outstanding doctors at this practice, I was feeling incredibly low and I was treated with the utmost kindness and patience this level of attention these days is hard to find and practically unheard of! If I could give more stars I would to Millway Medical Centre and all their staff… Not only are they a superb medical centre but to be excellent consistently is not an easy task! The doctors and and all their staff go above and beyond for their patients, when one gets this level of service it is deserving of praise! Well Done Millway Medical Centre!

Its not possible to get an appointment here. Online booking doesn't work, as it only lets you book a specific type of appointment that you have to be assigned, and upon calling I was told there are no appointments avalible at all, ever.
