Difficult to contact, have to phone or start econsult within a couple minutes of it opening or it'll say they’ve run out of appointments for the day/have closed econsult and that you need to try again the next day. If you do manage to get through, they then phone you at some point in the following days, during the work day without prior notice. Difficult to get referrals actually sent and test results back, need a lot of follow up from the patient even if the clinician agrees with your request when you first make it. During a rare in-person appointment, the clinician took a phone call on their personal phone during my appointment, and was discussing some building work. Some clinicians are helpful and seem like they're trying their best but stretched thin, but others are rude and condescending from the off.

I came to see one of the many outstanding doctors at this practice, I was feeling incredibly low and I was treated with the utmost kindness and patience this level of attention these days is hard to find and practically unheard of! If I could give more stars I would to Millway Medical Centre and all their staff… Not only are they a superb medical centre but to be excellent consistently is not an easy task! The doctors and and all their staff go above and beyond for their patients, when one gets this level of service it is deserving of praise! Well Done Millway Medical Centre!
