    I needed 4 weeks’ supply of all 8 medications I take as I was going on a month long holiday. Contacted the practice and they told me exactly what to do. The next day - within 24 hours, all the medications were ready and waiting for me at my local pharmacy. Minet Green - what a fantastic service! Thanks to all the Team!

    The receptionist could not have been kinder or more helpful. She did all she could to make sure I was seen quickly and was a delight to speak to.

    My request to talk to a doctor was met courteously and promptly by the reception staff. I appreciated this. I was given an appointment the same afternoon that I telephoned and the doctor was thorough and reassuring. He gave me sound advice. I appreciated being seen so speedily.

    I visited the surgery on 12/4 with my child. The young man on reception around 11:00am was very abrupt and not helpful at all. Not only did I think he dealt with myself in a negative manner I also witnessed him dealing with another patient the same. I been registered with this surgery for years and never received/witnessed this type of unprofession. But overall the clinician I saw was amazing and a great help and I feel like I received good care.

    I and my family "used", or rather attempted to use this practice for over 8 years. Firstly, they completely mishandled my child's eczema. I've wasted time on near ten visits and have never been referred to an allergologist, while kept accumulating useless aqueous cream. I was naive and needed guidance, thankfully a friend advised that we should speak to an allergist, and the issue was sorted by two visits to a private consultant. And fortunately my son is now allergy free. No thanks to this "practice". Secondly they failed me. With serious streptococcal infection they preferred to "wait and see" rather then prescribe antibiotics until I had to be urgently hospitalised with a risk of sepsis. That after dragging myself to them at least twice with worsening symptoms. Thirdly, they have completely stopped a normal "walk-in" clinic. It's a massive expensive building among the most expensive GP practice budings in the area, at least, and it's totally empty. I walked in with painful ears and a cough, and was offered an appointment in two weeks time! What? Only after I suggested that they force me to go to A&E and drain their precious resources would they deign to call a doctor to see me. This doctor, whom I am not permitted to name by the rules of review submission, was busy with some computer issues. He made me wait in the reception, a real, live, rather unwell and only patient for 50 minutes while he was dealing with his admin. Not the other way round, but exact this: admin first, patient second. He was trying to listen to my chest through a thick jumper (there was a t-shirt underneath, so no privacy concern) and gave completely unhelpful advice. Concluded his 5 minutes spent with me by requesting that I never walk-in like that again, as they "don't do walk-in" anymore. Had to go to a private GP whose advice and prescription helped me get over the issues. Unbelievable waste of public money - the building looks like a desert - and lack of care for the wellbeing of patients. Kicking myself I kept wasting precious time and health "consulting" with these doctors for years.
