An hour after submitting my request with the online booking service, I was contacted by text message and asked to book an appointment with a First Contact Physiotherapist. I was able to see someone the same day. The consultation was excellent - the physiotherapist was professional, knowledgable and had a lovely manner. The whole process was timely and simple - thank you.

I used the survey ‘ask my gp’ service. A senior nurse replied quickly by email (as requested) and I was supported very well.

Minster is an amazing medical practice. In the face of troubling times for the NHS, minster medical practice staff prove the naysayers wrong. The receptionist I spoke to was helpful, kind and patient. She is a credit to the practice. All of the staff are fantastic and anyone would be lucky to be in their catchment area.
