Review titled Poor experience
Rated 1 star out of 5
by Anonymous - Posted on 09 February 2023
In the 2 years I've been with this practice I've never had a good experience. On today's visit, which the GP said was required last February, and after 2 previous wasted visits, has taken until now to get this far, the GP decided the procedure can now wait until next year. No checks were done, just apathy on the Doctors part. Total miscommunication between Doctors and a refusal to take responsibility.

Review titled Not enough care and attention
Rated 1 star out of 5

Following a GP appointment I was issued medication from the GP that could not be taken with my other medication. It was only after I was unwell and reported back that they realised they should have checked and absolutely not given me the two together!

The first time I have been to this surgery, I was made to feel welcome and the doctor was extremely good at listening and giving good advice. I am pleased I chose this surgery.

Review titled Outstanding level of care.
Rated 5 stars out of 5
by Robert John Hyndman - Posted on 16 December 2022
I have enjoyed excellent care over the past 11 months for a cardiology issue and a blood clot. The doctors and nurses have been most attentive and always welcoming at appointments. Despite slow progress with hospital appointments I have had outstanding ongoing support by the medical staff at Mitcheldean Surgery. I owe them a most sincere thank you and am most relieved to be in their care rather than the experiences of friends in other practices.
