On several occasions over the last year I have had reason to contact my Gp. On every occasion my request has been dealt with swiftly and in an appropriate way. Sometimes, a telephone call back within an hour of filling in the triage or an appointment made and sent by text message. I hear so many dissatisfied people who attend other surgeries and I always reply that mine is brilliant! Perhaps other practices should adopt The Moat House model of care! Thank you so much for many years of care to myself and family.

Have been with Moat House since late 2021. Today we had a call back at 9:45am and an in person appointment at 10am. Every time myself or my young family have needed to contact the Dr's this is typical service we receive. Can't thank them enough, they are brilliant.

I messaged Moat House Surgery at 8.05am to request an appointment. A Dr rang me at 8.20am and asked if I could be with them in 15 minutes. Living close by I said I would do my best. I was seen by my preferred GP at 8.45am. That is what I call service. Thank you Moat House.

I have been seen on multiple occasions over the past few months. Both members of the team I have seen were both so kind and caring. I was extremely anxious and the care and compassion I received was just what I needed at the time! Very greatful to have such amazing service with caring practitioners.

I have been meaning to leave a review of the moat house surgery for some time now so what better time than Christmas. This practice (and I have been with a fair few) has been the most amazing practice I have ever been registered with. I feel very lucky to have found this gem. The GP’s are exceptional and very pleasant and the practice and pharmacy staff deserve most of the credit. They are amazing, always on the ball and always proactive regarding a patients updates and health concerns. The pharmacy team work tirelessly to provide medication within a rapid turn around and the reception team in person and on the phone are very friendly and understanding.
