    A really great service however it is spoilt by little glitches. For example it will not accept my post code instructing me to enter a correct post code - eventually after numerous attempt I gave up🤬 A few days later a friend said try it in lower case which I did and it worked 😄 I suspect many people have had this problem

    Once again I would like to thank you for the amazing service you are providing. Here are a few things I would like to thank you: 1 - thank you to the doctor who decided to take time out of the examination to have a go at me for not translating the questions you wanted to as my mum. I have been attending appointments with my mum for years and no doctors have questioned my transition skills until you. I mean if you are not happy with the way I translate, I am more than happy for you to do it. 2 - thank you for telling my mum she needs to do 40 mins of exercise a day on top of the full time work in the kitchen. Thank you for clarifying that kitchen work is not hard. Please tell me doctor when was the last time you worked in the kitchen? I assume this is from past experience you personally had. 3 - thank you for letting my mum she said really retire because she is 60. I mean, why didn’t we think about that? Because she can’t afford to. 4 - thank you for prescribing my mum with the wrong blood pressure medication even though we told you she is having side effects with the medication she is on and that she would like to go back to the previous medication which she was taking within the last month. Now I have to call the surgery tomorrow (13/05/2024) to correct your mistake. Thank you for wasting other people’s time and nhs money. We loved the interaction so much, after we left your room we told the receptionist that we do not wish to see you ever again. I guess I won’t be wasting your time again and thank you for letting us we were wasting your time. Much appreciated for your honesty.

  3. Review titled Merger has not gone well

    Due to the apparent mis-management of the recent merger, it seems no longer possible to book appointments online. The information supplied by SMS about changing the GP practice name online was wrong and bore no resemblance to the actual options. Their note to contact support and not them if there are problems is horrendous given that it is them who have created this mess. Does no one bother to do things properly anymore? This does not bode well for any treatments - I'll be going direct to the local hospital in future.

    I do not know how many times you can mess up until you actually change. Stop telling people that you are working under pressure because of shortage of staff. If your staff are good, I do not need to write this review and yes you will be getting a complaint letter off me too. Who ever in your team who does patient referrals should win a medal for the most rejected referrals. This person managed to get my referral rejected 3 times because she did not filled in the Proforma form which was sent to her by the team she has been referring to on several times. Before you asked, I have spoken to the team who keep rejecting the referral. Now my referral is for definite been rejected now. Thank you for doing your job so well that you certainly does not care about the patient. If you did care about the patient, you would have picked up the phone and call to ask why was the referral been rejected so many times.
