    I cannot praise/thank New Hall surgery enough for the services they provide. I have over the last 18 months needed their support for a variety of reasons. Each time I have received nothing less than excellent support. Great online facilities to reduce the need for having to telephone Massively improved care navigators and support. So many people to thank but unfortunately inable to name on this review.Thank you all for your hard work and support.

    No help at all everytime I have been intouch with my on going problem get fobbed off with antibiotics recently been intouch with the same ongoing issue and couldn't get intouch through the phone had to get in touch through the nhs app which was fine but clearly the person that had read my problem on the otherside of my message clearly didn't want to read this properly or could be bothered as they gave me a phone call appointment and put on the notes it was something totally different to what I had told them it was so when I got the call the dr had also not bothered to read my notes and was to fussed it was any sort of emergency until I got frustrated and ended the call as she was just laughing down the phone not wanting to offer me any help just for me to call back on the following Monday. So anyways the Dr called back I told her it was not disconnected I ended the call as I am in so much pain and I have been for a long time and I'm just getting passed around for her to finally get me an appointment when phonecall previously she couldn't get a appointment for me. This is reason why people get ill and don't want to call there gp because of practice's like this.

    Been having stomach aches for over 2 years now, I have called hundreds of times, I finally got an appointment, last year. I had some exams done, I cannot get ahold of the doctors to know my results, I cannot book any more appointments with the doctors. I have spent 7 hours today alone trying to even find out the results and book my next blood test, which cannot be done. The doctors surgery is a joke, a waste of tax payers money for a service they simply provide to the elderly alone. My grandma called 5 minutes after me, I was told we cannot make any appointments, my grandma will have one tomorrow. We should shut the surgery down and start again, this one is far from up to the task of actually seeing patients and actually providing healthcare.

    I would like to thank the Care Navigator who answered my call on a Friday afternoon and made the necessary arrangements for a prescription to be issued after the weekend in time for me to go on holiday. She rang me back the following Monday giving me a bar code in case my local pharmacy had not received the prescription (they had). In following up my request I felt this member of staff really cared. Thank you.

  5. Review titled No option to book beyond current day

    Found it odd that the surgery don’t allow patients to book appointments beyond the current day for non urgent appointments. It explains why it takes about an hour to get through because everyone has to call up every day for the same reason in the hope to get an appointment for that current day only.

    I have been with modality years. I find this surgery horrific to get through to. Its a joke. Ring exactly at 8am and it says already on 100 calls. All i need is a sick note. Cant go in as i can hardly walk with my bad knee. Its the same everyday

    I have tried ringing for appointments and getting nowhere,I have a chest infection,my daughter got a new born only a month old she been Tring for 3 weeks to get appointment due to her iron low was told by the hospital to make a appointment,I don't complain but something needs to be done maybe going back to own telephone reception might be a good idea
