I had to attend an appointment today due to not feeling the best and the possibility of needing some time off work. The head practicing nurse that saw me at 10:30am today was extremely kind, sympathetic and helpful, managed to reassure me and didn't belittle me in any way, providing great care and a friendly face to come across :) Makes it all the better! Thank you

I had experienced( for the first time at Molbridge Practice where I am a patient since many years ) Great help and very professional way of treating me as a patient going through pneumonia… the person I wanted to rate is a Practitioner who showed her Good heart , knowledge and professionalism on each field of her work. Thank you

This practice has many ways of getting an appointment or resolving an issue without needing an appointment. Especially useful for those of us who work full time is the online form that can be completed and is reviewed within 24hours - this is amazing for getting support with non-urgent queries without sitting on the phone for hours. The only thing that would make it even better would be an online booking system for actual appointments!
