My consultant was courteous, knowledgeable and professional . He explained things clearly and said why checks and medication were needed to prevent things getting worse.

Overall, they take good care of you. The waiting times can sometimes be a bit long but it can't be helped if they're busy. Really kind and caring doctor helped me, receptionist answered all my questions for me and I didn't feel rushed .

Attended for an appointment with the ANP. Great thorough examination, clear advice and consultation and effective treatment given. Results from tests messaged through when they were back with the surgery. All staff polite and friendly throughout my visit. Overall a great experience and great care!

Nurse explained my blood results and what the readings meant, relaxing experience, doctor phoned next day to check I was having no side effects from my medication, and what symptoms to look for if my meds were not working properly.

Rang surgery got an appointment within 2.5 hours. Saw Dr. He was very attentive to my problem, listened to me and made me feel I was in good hands. I was reassured about certain problems and left feeling if I needed further advise I was just a telephone call away.

Needed 2nd follow up Hepatitis injection and nurse unavailable for original appointment, was going on holiday following day, they managed to fit us in with agency nurse- very obliging

I have a 3 monthly appointment with the nurse, which is always spot on for time, always very friendly and informative with what she is doing and why. Only downside is I used to book it while I was there, now she can’t see 3 months forward on the calendar, so I have to remember to ring 6weeks prior, not a major problem other than my own memory is not great. But all in all now we have more doctors is a first class service
