I got a telephone appointment with the doctor on the "same day^and from this I had a blood and urine test with the Nelson Hospital immediately. Once the results were known I again phoned and made a face to face appointment.and again was given one the next day. Excellent service from reception/Hospital/Doctors.

My repeat prescriptions was all up the wall, now they have been sorted I'm really happy I can collect all my items at the same time.

I was only expecting a flu jab. Was seen on time by a pharmacist. He also took blood pressure (following up on my diagnosis and treatment for Hypertension) and booked a blood test for the following week. He was also able to give me some reassurance and answer questions regarding a minor side effect with one of my medications. All done in 5 mins. Excellent service.

I felt the doctor really listened, I was not rushed and was given helpful advice. I was also referred with successful outcome.

Very easy to get appointment, the staff are very attentive and the GPs and nurses have always been great.

Dealt with a helpful gentlemen who allowed me enough time to ask my questions with out feeling rushed and insignificant. This was a telephone appointment, that worked well for me, no time off work required. It was also helpful that he was able to take direct action, without the need to disturb a GP. I have always found everyone at the practice very polite and do their best to help. A few errors have been made in the past, these can be forgiven as long as preventions put in place and lessons have been learned. I'm happy to be with this surgery, and I hope the staff are also happy working there
