    I attended for a lipoma removal with a numbing injection. The 2 staff members were great. They both made me feel comfortable, especially as my lipoma was in a sensitive area. They had music playing which was lovely and made me feel at ease. We all had a chat which was also great and also made me feel relaxed. They were professional and to the point. Great care, communication, clear and concise. I'm very grateful for the lipoma removal and the care they provided. I would recommend. Thank you.

    We attended the surgery for a tongue tie procedure for our newborn child. The doctors were excellent, they clearly explained thd procedure and any side effects our child might experience over thr coming days. They were extremely reassuring. It was much easier getting to the surgery than going to hospital. Would recommend.

    The practice recently went out of their way to correct my twins' tongue ties- improvements to feeding immediate. Thank you! Procedure done with kindness, professionalism and compassion for my babies.

    The procedure was very smooth and quick. The doctor and his assistant were very pleasant and done such a fantastic job at making me feel at ease, and talked to me through out the procedure.

    When I got into the room, I was asked to have a seat. Everyone greeted me so politely the procedure was explained to me very clearly step-by-step the surgeon walked me through the procedure and all at the same time the team made me feel very comfortable and safe I, had a very good experience.

    My daughter had her tongue tie release done at this practice and I must say that I'm very pleased with the service I received today. My mind was put at is with the information that was given and the doctor was so kind to both me and baby and made sure we were all ok before we left. Thank you very much for putting my mind at ease.
