Recommended to visit the specialist for my baby’s tongue tie. We were called to arrange an appointment very quickly after the referral. Staff were warm, friendly and explained everything in detail and addressed all my concerns. They made sure we were happy to have the procedure done. Very pleased and relieved that the procedure was performed in a few seconds, baby was fine afterwards and we left feeling very positive that this was the right decision. Staff made sure that we were all happy before leaving. Appreciate that the staff seemed to show genuine concern for the wellbeing of my baby. Would highly recommend to anyone who was struggling with the same problem.

Assistant doctor and the doctor was perfect and confident I’m very happy with the operation they were very welcoming and know what they were doing I’m very happy with the service

My baby boy was checked for tongue tie at the clinic and the doctor who performs the procedure clearly explained the pros and cons of going through with it and the possible risks. I left the clinic feeling I was able to make a well-informed decision.

We went for a tongue tie for our 4 weeks old baby. Doctor was fantastic & kept us informed of everything while carrying out the procedure. Totally recommend

Had my procedure he for the third time here,and they couldn't have been any nicer or more professional. Being a very anxious patient I always get nervous prior,but the Dr here and the other staff are so lovely that they put me at ease.

Attended tongue tie clinic with my six week old son. The team was extremely professional and reassuring, and exuded competence. Each person introduced themselves clearly, without any sense of rushing. I felt very much like an equal in the room and that we were working together to take the best course of action. The procedure was swift and straightforward and my son has benefited enormously since, as he is able to feed more easily and is therefore calmer and happier. Very grateful for this service, so crucial in the early months of a baby’s life.

Really impressed and pleased with the tongue tie clinic operating as a community service in this practice. All three staff members were brilliant, the procedure was well explained and over quickly. I would recommend this service to anyone in need of the same procedure
