    I had a fantastic interaction today with the Receptionist that answered the phone. I needed to replace different medications for my son, due to these being changed by a Consultant. The receptionist was very helpful, professional and kind. She went the extra mile to help sort out some things and was always very kind and respectful. The receptionist was very patient, as I had a few questions and needed clarification. She provided that without hurrying me or showing any signs of impatience. In fact, she took her time to explain everything clearly, something that is very important, since we are talking about a person with disabilities. I just wanted to thank her for being very helpful, kind, professional and above all, very respectful. I hope she continues to be like this, because it makes a lot of difference to us patients. Thank you. M

    I had minor surgery and both the doctor and nurse were very friendly, explained the procedure and did it so well that I didn’t feel a thing.

    Dialled in for 08.00 a.m and on hold for 40 minutes. They do not offer appointments via NHS app which renders the app useless

    We had an amazing experience with very helpful doctor. She was assessed by Doctor T and he diagnosed a tongue tie that he was able to treat it immediately.

    My baby had tongue tie. I was knackered from cluster feeding and the doctor held her while he explained. I was confident in her having the procedure. I knew what to expect and I was able to sit in the office and feed her till she was happy. Very grateful.
