Saw the physio today she was easy to explain my issues with. She checked me over for symptoms with stretches etc and recommended what to do next. She even sent me an exercise email for things to help me. Also spoke with the pharmacist who also was really friendly on the phone and discussed my best options.

After getting a face to face appointment which took a week or so the service from Doctor folan was first class

I contacted the Dr's regarding a medical issue. The service was prompt and efficient & the doctor provided a caring environment resulting in quick routing of my case to hospital.

I phoned to change an appointment any was able get in that day the physio was very helpful and emailed me some exercises.

The surgery have a link for me to use whilst waiting on a queue to speak to a receptionist which is really good. Friendly staff and clean environment inside the surgery.

The doctor I seen was patient, put my mind at rest. Listened and asked appropriate questions. Seen me efficiently and I didn't feel rushed.

GP was very professional & friendly. All the staff were helpful. Useful information about my condition & exercises for me to carry out were e-mailed to me immediately.

Good time with GP, did not feel rushed.the gp lostend throughly to my issue , and gave me an option of treatments and what she would do next , also advised me to have a follow up appointment to find out the next process of my treatment
