Had an in depth consultation with my doctor , and felt I was listened to about my health issues . I have since had blood tests and telephone consultations with the results and how to move forward .

Appointment booked for 9.10 and didn’t get seen until 10.10. I had received a text 6 weeks prior to this appointment to book an appointment with a certain Dr. 6 weeks of trying to get in with said Dr and it was impossible. Can only book same day appointments by the time I got through they had always gone on that day. In the end I just booked an appointment with another Dr and then my appointment was an hour late. I have work, this is not acceptable. Doctors and nurses themselves are lovely but they need to sort out not being able to pre book appointments and certainly should never levee someone waiting for an hour when they have an appointment.

I have needed to call the doctors on so many occasions since having my two children and they have always been absolutely fantastic! So kind, caring, reassuring and accommodating. Thank goodness these amazing professionals are on hand when parent worries arise. Thank you, thank you, thank you.

I walked in to make an appointment & was seen within 40minutes and made a physio appointment for the following week the practice has a very friendly professional approach

Like all surgeries, it can be tricky to get an appointment, but once you do, all staff are so friendly and helpful.

Just moved to the area, so it was my first visit to this surgery. I am was pleasantly impressed, with extremely professional, helpful and friendly staff, this includes both reception and GP seen. Nurse was very kind and compassionate and GP I saw on the day had a best bedside manner I have seen in recent years.

Rang surgery and receptionist got me in face to face appointments twice in month. Dr has dealt with issues in good manner and made me feel reassured on both occasions and on going care is good so far.
