We have always had great help and understanding from both the Doctors and Nurses and receptionists always helpful in sometimes difficult circumstances

Need more one to one appointments, booked 4 weeks ahead and still couldn’t get 1 to 1 . Bad signal on day and after 2 calls to surgery I managed to speak to Dr on 3rd call. Hard to communicate over phone call. If 1 to 1 continues it is not helpful to be told you will get a call between 8 and 6, you are constantly looking at phone all day.

I attended for a blood test and the practitioner I saw was very friendly putting me at ease. They took the sample very efficiently and I hardly felt it. The procedure for following up the results was explained succinctly and an appointment for a phone consultation was made there and then.

I will recommend this GP surgery to my Family and friends. Friendly , very professional staff and great service. They are listen about my problems and help me to find treatment .

The doctor that I saw was pleasant professional and treated me as a person and not just a number. The doctor took time to listen to me and gave me some excellent advice, a good reassuring appointment

Took ages to get an appointment but the doctor was a great help, very reassuring. The waiting rooms are old and uncomfortable and could do with upgrading.

Just like to say a big thankyou to Mosley Ave surgery . We have some great established doctors. In our surgery. Very considerate and understanding and work hard to solve our health problems. Always looking to develop new procedures to improve availability to access services for the patients. Not forgeting to mention behind the screen, staff secretary and reception all work hard to solve our queries and resolve problems where possible. If I have ever had reason or need to speak with the practise manager because of a problem, she is always keen to listen and resolve matters. She always has made herself available. I feel my family are looked after well by the surgery.
