The doctors and staff are very friendly and helpful. Getting an appointment has never been a problem.

  2. Review titled Excellent care and genuine interest.

Rated 5 stars out of 5

I was asked to attend the Surgery to discuss my blood pressure which had been of slight concern in the past. Not only was I given advice on daily monitoring (for a two week period) but also sent for blood tests and an ECG undertaken. I was also given information on diabetes (I have been diagnosed as Borderline). I was most impressed with the attention, respect and amount of time given to me. Thank you.

  3. Review titled Fantastic service - thank you very much

Rated 4 stars out of 5

Moseley Avenue doctors have supported me by completing 3 referrals for treatment. The wait for this treatment has been long. I am grateful that Moseley has taken the time to see me and help me to follow up these referrals. It’s really nice when someone listens and actually does what they say they are going to do. Thank you very much

  4. Review titled Impossible to book appointments

Rated 1 star out of 5

by Tracy Peckett - Posted on 16 December 2022

It is impossible to get an appointment here. I have tried so many times at 8am, when I have sat in a queue to be told there are no appointments available. Today I tried in the afternoon to try and pre-book an appointment to be told I can't do that either. I work full-time, I cannot spend every morning in an hour long queue. I can't even book on the Patient Access website anymore. So can someone please tell me how I get to speak to a doctor?

  5. Review titled Abrupt receptionist

Rated 3 stars out of 5

Rather than phone I called in as I was in a lot of pain sweating and upset. I asked I could see a doctor as an emergency as the pain I was in I wouldn't have minded waiting. Her reply was "no all appointments gone today go to the walk in centre or we could fit you in tomorrow " I was about to speak and she said " walk in centre or tomorrow " the way I was feeling I replied "I may not be here tomorrow. I went to walk in centre and was there in pain for 7 hours. I am booked in for an operation on Tuesday so they didn't really want to know, all I wanted was something for the pain. I suppose your reply will be we can't make exceptions as we would have to do it for everyone. It's no wonder the a&e and walk in centre are always full.

The Dr Hall at this surgery was really helpful and very attentive at a very low and depressing time for me she was very easy to talk to and took her time with me she was a very supportive person and remains a great support to date
