Uncomfortable painful experience for streching excises for my leg muscles, asked to perfore certain movements, calf muscles and upper leg muscles were tight, pain in lower back,

I am sorry to hear you found the exercises our Physiotherapist asked you to perform painful. We would be happy to book you a further appointment to discuss further if you wish, please call our reception team who would be happy to book you an appointment.

Excellent service as always from the reception staff,the nurses and the doctors. The Doctor was extremely polite, explained everything extremely clearly and even had time to answer a additional question for me. Many thanks to all at Moseley avenue surgery, always helpful to myself and my family.

I went to have steroid injections in my shoulder I was anxious about having it done the doctor talked it through and eased my anxiety it didn't hurt at all I also had a wound issue after surgery 3 weeks ago the doctor looked at it and got the nurse to come look and she slotted me in between her patients to clean and dress the wound and give me my B12 injection to save me needed to go back all above and beyond anything they had to do

Always do what they can to help, treat, support and reassure. I have seen significant improvements in the last couple of years in particular. Very accommodating for those with mobility problems.

I rang in the morning and I got a face to face appointment with a doctor at 10am that day ! The doctor was really friendly and I didn't feel rushed. I was really struggling for childcare and the doctor didn't mind me bring my 2 children along with me. I also seen the nurse the week before and the nurse was so friendly and explained in detail everything she was going to do and the reasons for it. Thankyou

Excellent service, GP, Nurses, ANP and paramedics. Have been able to see the correct practitioner for health care needs and been very well supported, would definitely recommend.

Tried 3 times to get an appt to see a Dr. 1st time none available due to annual leave and sickness, 2nd time all appts gone by 8:12 in the morning after joining 13th in the queue at 8:00 and 3rd time my telephone appt was still not with a Dr so couldn't get what I needed. New to the practice due to catchment area issues with my other practice and very disappointed. Managed to get a same day appt with the nurse but trying to see a Dr is a real nitemare.
