My partner called to ask for some help with bandages from the district nurse as he was house bound after surgery on both legs (unable to stand, walk or bend either leg). Appalled by the response on the phone that he couldn’t possibly be house bound because he is 35. How ridiculous!! Totally uncaring of his situation and offered zero help, only that if he drives himself to the surgery then they’ll have a look - impossible to get him into a car, let alone for him to drive himself! Not sure how the woman on the phone was unable to understand the situation despite it being explained to her several times.

Having trying to make several attempts to contact this surgery for a appointment it keeps cutting me off what sort of service to the community is this might have to contact my local MP
