Very friendly staff and i do online appointments easy and quick, very neat and clean GP. I saw practice nurse she is amazing, given me all the information i need very friendly and helpful.

Able to get an appointment easily. Seen by nurse practitioner, very nice lady helpful and very thorough, didn't feel rushed. Felt confident in her care.

I have been a regular patient of Mount Medical Centre since 2016. During what were some challenging times in my life, I sought support from the practice. The appointments I had were most helpful and the bedside manner of the doctors/nurses were inspiring and lovely. For example, I had a cervical screening yesterday and was initially concerned. However, the practice nurse put my mind at ease and provided helpful information and reassurance. I’m grateful for this experience.

I am a patient who recently had a heart attack. The practice has been very helpful with follow up check ups and appointments. My GP will check everything and make sure I do blood test regularly

So I joined the mount medical centre recently only to find the receptionist extremely rude she decided it would be a good idea to blame me for not being able to see the GP. The doctor was running late not only did she not bother to let me know this as I was sat in the waiting room 30 mins after my appointment but when I rang back to try to get maybe a telephone appointment she told me there are no appointments and it was my fault because I left when I had no choice as I had another appointment shocking behaviour for someone who is the face of the surgery.

I saw doctor who has been very helpful gor past two months to get my health issue under control. I had to have MRI plus blood tests and few changes of medication to stabilise blood pressure.

This is a wonderful practice, welcoming and helpful from the moment you walk through the door. It is efficiently run and organised to a very high degree, which inspires confidence, but above all, it is the altruism, coupled with expertise from all concerned: administrators, nurses and especially my thoughtful, kind, wise, highly skilled GP ,which causes me to return home feeling I am in extremely safe hands. This is a rare surgery indeed; despite the serious problems with which the NHS is faced at the moment, Mount Medical Centre is an oasis of calm, warmth and excellence. Thank you seem such inadequate words to everyone who works there so unstintingly and unselfishly, but they come from my deep gratitude and appreciation.

I have been a patient at this practice for a number of years. As a staff, they are amongst the most compassionate and professional I have encountered. They continually keep me up to date via their text and email system, and are warm, considerate and welcoming when I attend in person. My GP is one of the most engaging and passionate doctors that I can remember. They are all a credit to the NHS and to the medical profession. Thank you for everything!

The nurse I spoke to, was very nice, easily approachable, and listened to what I needed. Very helpful, I have seen her a few times now and always the same.
