    My experience about the test is good: I was seen on time; the Nurse/Practitioner/GP was very professional. She gave me information about the test she was going to carry out, how she was going to carry it out and how I would get the results. She was very professional at carrying out her job physically.

    I have received a text massage to go to Melbury surgery to take blood pressure but it was not nurse there So I have to go to burnt oak I went there and take blood pressure Every thing was fine but they should told us before

    I have always had a positive experience whenever I have either attended the surgery or telephoned.The medical staff as well as the receptionist are very helpful and supportive.I have been registered at this surgery for over27 years and I have a few health issues which require regular medical care. My repeat prescription is promptly forwarded to the pharmacy. Likewise if I require an additional item my request is complied with as soon as possible. Yesterday I had an appointment with a very charming,caring and competent pharmacist.She recommended that I should have a blood test and the receptionist gave me an appointment. I highly recommend Mulberry Medical Practice to anyone who is looking for a good GP.

    Dr at Sefton Avenue has has been my family GP for almost 30 years. He has always been patient with me and prepared to listen especially recently when I’ve struggled with my health. Recently I have had an illness which has imobilised me and meant that I haven’t been able to go about my day to day activities and without this help I would Have struggled greatly. He is an asset to the surgery and the community

    After having retinol detachment in the same eye within 18 months, my experience of trying to get repeat prescriptions issued by the eye surgeon from The Royal Free to Mulberry has been obstructive and unpleasant. It’s like my partial blindness and all that it entails has been treated with complete derision and it is always an uphill battle for some reason to obtain them. The hospital said they send prescriptions electronically to Mulberry, I’ve sent them electronically and through your letterbox, but I still have to battle to get eye drops (and other items such as metosyn ointment) which has for some reason been ignored. This is a really stressful and unpleasant experience for me, life changing in fact: I can’t work or drive any more 😢

    Tried to contact surgery regarding prescription changes. On phone am 3rd in queue for 30mins Tried pm 1st in queue for 20mins so gave up. Eventually used “Patches” explained that the recent statin changes were unsuitable as they were found unsuitable in the past. Received a call from Farinaz Keshavarzi who was very helpful corrected meds, discussed symptoms and made changes to other problems regarding my medication. Was a pleasure to have spoken to Farinaz helped put my mind at rest. I will use “Patches” for future contact but worry about patients that do not have the ability to use it. Can’t remember the last time I was able to contact the surgery by phone. I wonder how many other patients just give up or don’t bother phoning?

    Very difficult to get an appointment but on the plus side, the Pharmacist and Diabetes Specialist are brilliant!! They genuinely are interested in your health and wellbeing and continually keep on top of Prescriptions / blood tests / reviews. I really feel looked after.
