8.13 Wed 11th I don’t call doctors normally only when I feel it necessary, then to ask for an appointment and I’m asked what’s my medical emergency like it has to be built up like that, maybe I’m feeling low, have a personal issue I don’t want to discuss with a receptionist, then I say the doctor has told me to call as and when I need, to get an appointment, but because I didn’t want to tell them, there no appointments then, they said, Utterly disgusting behaviour if I was a serial caller with no issues I’d get it, but my own well being is just been made worse by this organisation who have no empathy at all

I had gone for a blood test and the whole experience was very friendly and efficient with a helpful nurse to take my bloods

Had a fasting blood test this morning with the nurse and she was so friendly, welcoming and made you feel at ease . She's a credit to the surgery . Lovely lady Thank you

Whilst attending an appointment with one of the nurses, a doctor was asked by the nurse to come and examine me. This was done and the doctor gave a thorough examination. Following this, the doctor contacted Leeds General Infirmary and arranged an appointment for me that very afternoon. A follow up appointment at Pudsey Health Centre was arranged for the following day for me to give feedback from the hospital appointment. All of this is very impressive.
