The staff on reception are amazing and always very helpful! The member of Medical staff I have seen previously and again today was very helpful, caring, and treated me like a human not just a patient! She is a wonderful clinician and has helped me so much!

I had my first review for my new diagnosis of hypothyroid. I felt really listened to and all explanations were clear. I felt like my Dr took on board all of my worries and helped me to decide my plan going forward with his expertise. I am really happy with my care today. Thank you.

The surgery rang to inform me my appointment couldn’t go ahead as the doctor wasn’t available, an alternative appointment with a different doctor for the same day was offered and accepted, the phone call took place as advised. I really appreciate the call advising the original appointment couldn’t be kept.

Always willing to help. No obstructive reception!! Called back when asked, answered all my questions. Great team. I was short of tablets and they helped me get them quickly.

I had an appointment with Practice Nurse for several issues, she made me feel at ease and explained everything thoroughly resulting in a pleasant experience and plan going forwards. Credit to the Practice

The nurse who removed my stitches was fantastic and is a credit to the practice. She was friendly, courteous and very efficient and put me at ease. All in all it was a great experience - thank you!

Apart from the fact it's a nightmare to get in at this place for an appointment sitting on phone on a morning to be told when you can be seen the nurse practitioner who seen me didn't do my notes correctly and to that end my medication wasn't prescribed. The answer from the reception you have to book another appointment and do it all over again yes you heard me right. Then the best one, if your not happy with the service then leave the surgery and go somewhere else! I have the email as proof. Not a care in the world the reception staff have as much compassion as the paving slab outside my garden gate.
