    Required review for ongoing medication Phoned and got a chat with my doctor and blood test booked for following day Nurse who administered blood test was friendly procedure was not rushed and made me feel at ease

    I had to wait 4 weeks for an appointment to see a doctor. I then had a blood test and received a message telling me to make an appointment to speak to the doctor about the results. I rang and after waiting 45 minutes to get through I was told there are no pre-bookable appointments and I have to ring at 8 each morning to try and get an urgent appointment. This is totally unacceptable

    I have many many times spent long periods of time trying to get through to set an appointment for myself only to get through and being told there are no appointments. I used to be able to go there and make an appointment but since being taken over by the new owners that practice has stopped. I can’t even complain about the service anymore because there is absolutely none!!! Why are they even in business I wonder. I would not consider this practice at all.
