   Patients received an email saying their systems were being updated and you couldn’t order repeat prescriptions between 24th and 28th May. So come 28th May tried to request my repeat prescription to no avail, system still wasn’t available. Tried until 1st June and still no joy. Message saying ‘can’t accept repeat prescriptions’ contact your GP direct. Thought going electronic was to save going to surgery every time you needed to order a prescription. This is not a good service at all
