The reception staff are not very friendly at time here are some of my experiences and they find a way to delete my customer satisfaction questionnaires. If I send back a feedback questionnaire today with my complaint a week later I would receive another questionnaire advising me that I am running out of time to complete the questionnaire. I thought the problems a thing of the past but it’s started again I was about to look for a different Gp practice to register with after one of the staff members I left my daughter’s registration form to did not send it to be processed after waiting for weeks the surgery knew nothing about the form so she filled out another and rang a few days later and the reception lady said she could not be registered at this surgery but when we came to the surgery and spoke to one of the nurses the got the application processed with no problems. Within the last 4 weeks I have had my appointment which was booked correctly with a confirmation text which I had not put on the system as the receptionist said with a smirk on her face then my daughter’s pre booked appointment was cancelled at last minute on the day both of these appointments cost me valuable work time Lost as I am self employed.

The wait times to get through on the phone are just not right 22 minutes and still caller number 2 in the Que. This is something that I can’t do on the dr iq app so have no choice but to wait and have been calling on and off all day with the wait times on the phone. As for 15-20 minute waits over appointment time it’s just not acceptable I understand resources are stretched but there is no apology or anything this has been like it for a long time and nothing seems to be done in order to fix the service

The receptionists r all very patient,helpful with great customer service. Putting you at ease with their gentle responses, never hurried or rushed on the phone n in person.
