A caring, compassionate and wonderful surgery. I have had to ring several times due to my infant being poorly recently, and I have been seen within 2hours on both occasion and the doctors I have met have been so thorough and reassuring. Highly recommend. Wonderful family practice.

Recently joined the practice due to a house move. Had to call the practice on advice of a cancer helpline. I was seen the same afternoon, on time and by a lovely doctor who showed compassion and understanding. Refreshing to have such excellent GPs and care. Thank you for your wonderful care shown today.

I phoned at 8.00 about a worrying skin condition; an appointment was made for that morning at 10.00 and after an examination and prescription of antibiotics, which was sent to my preferred pharmacy, I was home again by 11.00. It’s always so calm and well-organised, you feel that everyone is getting on with their job in the most efficient way but the atmosphere is friendly and relaxed.

I am grateful to the GPs at Newcourt Surgery for their help during a recent period of ill health. They took my concerns seriously, were thorough in their investigations and were kind and patient throughout. The other members of the Newcourt team were equally patient and helpful with any enquiries that I made. My thanks to the whole team for your support during a stressful time.
