  1. Review titled Great practice

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Saw a pharmacist today which I did not know that the practice had and she was excellent . I was touched by her patience and trying to get to the root of the problem and the advice she gave. Pleased with the visit.

  2. Review titled Shambles

It has become increasingly difficult to contact this surgery via telephone for anything as simple as collecting a form. I was on the phone at 08:48 and waited till 10:50 when the phone was cut off without an answer. This was two hours wasted for nothing. I think this surgery must do better than that. An equitable way must be found to make sure patients can communicate with the surgery. This is unacceptable and must stop immediately.

  3. Review titled Receptionist is a disgrace

They keep making mistakes with not issuing scripts after being asked repeatedly, back and fore between Chemist and Surgery and all the receptionist says is come back tomorrow! and then tells me she is sick of me and to find another practice!! how can these people get away with it????

  4. Review titled Fabulous care

Rated 5 stars out of 5

Attended for a blood test. Due to grandsons parents having a problem I needed to provide emergency childcare and bring him with me. Support workers communication was second to none and partly as a result of this, when grandson had to be admitted to hospital shortly afterwards he was amazingly calm having his own blood tests despite being distressed having a cannula for iv antibiotics. The support workers experience shone through and I wanted to make sure the surgery is aware . I am equally very satisfied with the GPS professional support at a time where I have needed this and the staff on reception who do an amazing job . Thank You.

  5. Review titled Poor Service Long waiting times

Rated 1 star out of 5

They took 5 days to call back from my concerns regarding spots I weren’t sure about, when I called to find out what’s going on with the diagnosis they told me they need more images. If I hadn’t called it would have been ignored and not followed up. I sent further images and had to wait another 4 days before they called to say I should bring my 2 year old in for them to examine it. I got given a appointment that day and attended the practice 20 minutes before the appointment but still had to wait 2 hours after my appointment time for the doctors. Staff at this practice are very oblivious to their patients and rather rude with their communication, it seems there’s only 1 doctors but they are overwhelmed with patients and lack competence to have a system to provide the necessary service of care when operating as service providers.
