I rang this morning and one of the reception team called back, giving me an appointment the same morning. The doctor was thorough, listened and took on board my concerns. I left feeling confident in the professional and caring treatment I received .

Review titled What an amazing exceptional Service Fantastic Practice
Rated 5 stars out of 5

The Ottershaw Practice is amazing right from the wonderful receptionists through to the GP, The telephones are answered in a cherry manner and their empathetic, profession and friendly attitude is amazing. The follow up call from booking is quick and again the friendly professional GPs are amazing, I had to be referred to a clinic the GP phoned the clinic and I was seen later that day with even a text message with a you tube video showing me where the unit was ! Further treatment was required and again the surgery phoned me to make follow up appointments which were very quickly followed by a call from the Dr who made the appoint for me over the phone. A previous experience I had last year was just as good with a telephone consultation with a GP with in the hour and meds at the chemist with in a further hour, you are amazing people demonstrating, dignity, respect, professionalism, fantastic listening skills, and patience. You are all such a credit to the NHS and indeed make the surgery the great practice it is, in offering such a great service to the community... thank you so much.... you are all stars !

Reported to the doctor with a worrying lesion on my arm. Was referred to Ashford & St Peter's Hospitals. Attended Clinic for photographs to be taken - within a week. Saw Consultant Dermatologist at Ashford Hospital - a week later. Had lesion removed (along with a second suspect growth on my back) - the next day. Full documentation supplied. Could not have wished for better treatment.

after visiting my gp I was asked to firstly get a blood test for an ailment then a wee sample and blood pressure check which all were fine. Bit of a rigmarole. I wasn’t contacted by the surgery and when I asked about results I was told I could make another lengthy appointment with another gp and discuss my plantar fasciitis with them, Sorry what am I doing all that for when I just had sore feet I still have sore feet and I’m still waiting to see another gp,
