Review titled Flu jab
Rated 4 stars out of 5

Flu jab booked via telephone, small queue on the day but not long to wait, more or less straight in and out. From leaving home to returning only took an hour.

Review titled Uncomfortable flu jab
Rated 4 stars out of 5
by Irene Lawrence - Posted on 03 October 2023
Unfortunately when receiving flu jab the doctor hit a nerve/muscle and caused pain down arm. For 48 hours or more I had pain in my shoulder and couldn't lift my arm. This is first time this has ever happened and hopefully the last

When phoning the waiting time is to long only to be told that all appointments and call backs are all full.I don't ring very often and is so frustrating when I have to.

Review titled Good service
Rated 5 stars out of 5

Appointment offered and accepted in good time prior to event. Received reminder in good time. On day of event we arrived five minutes early, there was a queue of about 10 people. Lots of staff in attendance to advise what was happening and ensuring everyone was not left to wander! When in surgery staff were friendly and explained what the procedure was, injection swift and with no pain. All over in 10 minutes with a minimum of fuss. All told it was very efficient, shame we could not have also had the COVID jab. No complaints, and God willing, will go back in 2024.

My wife and I received our flu vaccinations very quickly and efficiently. It is rather a shame though that we had to go elsewhere for our covid vaccinations.

Before you enter there is someone to advise you to queue up. And before seeing the nurse for the vaccination there is a staff to tell you to go the room for the vaccine. As you enter the nurse will ask you your personal details. Once she had found out the correct informations she started giving you the vaccine. When it’s done straight to the exit. The whole procedure takes less than 1/2 hour. Very efficient and quick

I was seen promptly by a professional and polite Doctor. I was suitably reassured regarding my young child's symptoms and felt listened to and was given reassuring advice.
