I don't often use the GP so I've not got much to compare with, called at 8:00 and was 22nd in a queue but call answered within 9 minutes. The Dr called me back within a few hours and I sent images of my issue, would have liked the option to go in and see someone but the service is useful. My condition was unknown so slightly disappointed that I'm being treated albeit by guesswork. Staff were all friendly and polite so no issues there. Overall it was ok, but there is room for improvement

I was nearly late for my appointment, as I had accidentally thought that it was to be in W’sey, and not at the Stanground surgery. A very friendly and professional phlebotomist awaited me, reducing my stress levels and worries about the possibility of being late. I was very impressed!

The doctor contacted the hospital on my behalf and relayed some most helpful information about my recently diagnosed condition. Which greatly put my mind at ease.

Excellent helpful staff and had very quick appointments to resolve my issue. Can’t fault the speed of appointments and the online service is amazing as well.

Appointment ran on time and the nurse who took blood, blood pressure readings etc was very friendly and made me feel ease. Really good service, thank you.

Despite the process of getting an appointment for a blood test being awful the actual blood test itself was good. The nurse who took my bloods was gentle and took my bloods effortlessly. She was extremely kind and helpful and very informative.
