I have only joined this practice recently after moving to the area and have found them extremely helpful, friendly and professional, so glad I found this practice, I found a small lump and it was dealt with very quickly with a very reassuring result

First time meeting the doctor. Wonderful experience. Put my mind at rest. Gave me good advice and booked what was needed. Took time with me. The nurse is kind and very welcoming. Staff polite. Would recommend the surgery

The staff are always first class, always happy to help and advise. My appointment was on time, the service delivered was excellent. I could not ask for anything else.

I was able to make an appointment to see the Dr. He took the time to listen to my concerns, chased up a referral at the hospital, discussed my current vitamins prescribed, and overall really just listened and empathised. I was his last patient of the day and he took his time to help me. I really appreciate this level of service from him.

had a blood test and i hate needles the nurse was so nice and talked to me told her i don’t like needles she put my mind at rest and was so nice and friendly she did the blood test which i hardly felt she filled me in how long the results would take etc and left feeling so relaxed thank you

I spoke to the nurse on day one, was given a thorough blood test on day two, referred to the practice pharmacist on day three and was arranged for new medication within just a few hours of day four. An amazingly efficient service. Really good, first class care as always.

Had no probs with appointment's extremely efficient, my two doctors I've seen were brilliant (well done) sent me for scans, again very efficient (well done) they understood my concerns and reassured me all the way through my tests, well done to everyone at the surgery and Hospital.

First time seeing a Doctor since I've moved surgeries. Very impressed it's good to be able to get an appointment and for the Doctor to spend the time listening to how I feel.

I have recently joined this surgery. Each time I have contacted reception I have been treated with courtesy and my queries have been dealt with immediately. I was able to book a flu jab within days. I phoned for a f2f appointment and was offered an appointment the same day. A referral was made following that appointment and was in my NHS all within days. I am delighted with all contact I have had with surgery to date and a would recommend this surgery.
