Review titled Bad practice
Rated 1 star out of 5

Certain receptionists are very rude and unhelpful and give you the wrong information and tell you to call other people just to get you off the phone. Wouldn’t recommend this practice purely because of the receptionists lack of help, however the times I have been able to beg the receptionists for an appointment and actually gotten one and seen a nurse or doctor they have been great.

Review titled Treat like an inconvenience
Rated 1 star out of 5

Handed a medical questionnaire in 6 weeks ago (told I would get a phonecall when ready to pick up and that it would take approx 30 days). I have a new job lined up but can't start until they have received this form. No phonecall received and despite numerous visits and phonecalls to the surgery I still don't have the form (and so can't start my new job) 6 weeks later. Receptionists don't seem bothered and repeat "we'll chase it up" (they don't). They blame the alliance who runs the surgery but take no responsibility themselves and do absolutely nothing to help resolve any issues. No apologies offered, they seem annoyed that I dare to keep asking where the form is. Need customer service training the lot of them

Review titled Really though…
Rated 1 star out of 5

I’ve had type 1 diabetes for 38 years. I use an insulin pump. I require to have have back up insulin pens available at all times on my repeat prescription, Incase my pump fails.however I don’t need these on a regular basis, unlike the insulin vial, which I do need to order. I’ve explained this on numerous occasions so you will you as a practice stop removing one or both insulin pens from my prescription. Also still waiting for my prescription to be updated from latest hospital appointment. Can’t get through on telephone. Ever. I’m seriously ill and I can’t be bothered to chase things up what should have never been removed. It’s fine as informing my specialist nurse at next appointment maybe you will take notice if them.
