There are many stories about difficulties in getting a GP appontment but this practice bucks the trend. Today I was able to get an urgent appointment within 24 hours. We’ve been with the practice for over 40 years and very glad we are. At no time have we felt let down. Reception is invariably courteous and helpful even when under significant pressure as it was today We really want to say “Thank You”

An excellent first review with a highly professional nurse practitioner. The procedures were explained in clear, unambiguous terms and executed with care and consideration. Encouragement was given for the progress achieved in losing weight which is part of my plan to put my condition into remission. Overall a great patient experience.

I was able to make the appointment without any difficulty. The reception staff are absolutely spot on in everything they do. The medical staff are caring and I always feel they have time for me. All in all a first class service.

Just to say thank you for all the times I have contacted you recently and to say how helpful and pleasant all the staff have been. My medical problems are listened to and good advice offered. The receptionists deal with appointments efficiently. Excellent practice.

First thing on a Monday morning isn't usually the best time to visit a GP practice with a query, but the 2 receptionists at New Wokingham Road Surgery this morning couldn't have been more helpful! Come to think of it, every time I've needed this GP practice the receptionists have been great. So thank you ladies for all that you do for the local community. Best wishes xx
