Yet again unable to see a Doctor after being sent home from work with chicken pox. Stand in line and watch the receptionist turn away everyone that wanted to see a doctor before my turn were i watch him read off a computer screen a list of symptoms, before telling me 'doctors dont deal with chicken pox and what did i want as this was not a walk in centre, have you been to the pharmacy'. I don't honestly think there are any doctors in that building, it is actually a waste of time trying to see anyone. There is certainly no 'duty of care' anymore.

When are you likely to accept a doctor appointment online. I have been trying for days after being told via a text message to contact my doctor. The NHS app does not work, System Online does not work and Valens web site does not work. Please tell me how to contact my GP to get a prescription for my medical needs. Impossible to reach you by phone. Your reception desk refuses to give appointments over the counter. So how do I contact my GP?
